Sandi-PUPR Minister Discuss Development Projects

Jakarta Deputy Governor, Sandiaga Uno along with Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) Minister, Basuki Hadimiljono, discussed a number of development projects.

There are several development items that are immediately followed up with the MoU

Sandi acknowledged that discussion was talked about acceleration on development of Jatiluhur Drinking Water Treatment System (SPAM) 1 to supply raw water in Jakarta.

"We agree to use the KPBU scheme with business to business acceleration," he expressed, after a meeting at the PUPR Ministry Office, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta, Tuesday (3/13).

In the meeting, the other unnoticed discussion was project of East Flood Ciliwung-Canal waterway, road construction, and housing.  

"There are several development items that are immediately followed up with the MoU. Including, the national roads that will be handed over to Jakarta Provincial Government," he explained.

He added that the pipeline system and the distribution of clean water to be massive to the residents' settlements were also discussed in the meeting.

"Many community service-related programs need to be realized soon. We hope that cooperation with the Ministry can run well," he said.
